Cancellation Policy — Science Sheets

Some products in our store are offered as subscriptions. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel your subscription purchases.

Subscriptions (Digital Access)

When you purchase a Science Sheets subscription, you receive digital access to downloadable PDF resources (including answers/mark schemes) for the duration of your subscription term.

Plans available:

• 3-month subscription

• Annual subscription

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term (every 3 months or yearly, depending on your plan) unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Billing: Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider, and you will be charged at each renewal unless you cancel.

How to cancel or change your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid term, and you will not be charged again unless you reactivate.

To manage your subscription, you can:

• use the subscription management link in your order confirmation email; or

• log into your account and manage your subscription from your account/subscription portal (where available).

Refunds

Subscriptions are digital services/content. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid for a current term, except where required by law. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

Pre-orders and “Try Before You Buy”

Science Sheets does not offer pre-orders or “try before you buy” purchases at this time.
