Shipping Policy (Digital Delivery) — Science Sheets

No physical shipping

Science Sheets sells digital subscriptions to downloadable PDF resources (including answers/mark schemes). We do not ship physical products and there are no shipping fees.

How you receive your resources

After successful payment, you will receive access to your subscription content through:

  • your Science Sheets account area (sign in using the email you purchased with), and/or
  • a confirmation email with access details.

Access is typically provided immediately after purchase, but it can occasionally take a short time depending on payment processing and platform authentication.

Delivery times

Because our products are digital, there are no delivery times or postal/courier services involved. If you have paid and cannot access your resources, please contact us and we will help.

Troubleshooting access

If you can’t download or open a PDF, common fixes include:

  • signing out and back in
  • trying a different browser or device
  • ensuring you have a PDF reader installed (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader) or using your browser’s built-in PDF viewer

If you still have issues, email support@sciencesheets.com with:

  • the email address used to purchase/sign in
  • a screenshot of the issue (if possible)

Incorrect email address

If you entered the wrong email at checkout and can’t access your subscription, contact us at support@sciencesheets.com as soon as possible and we’ll assist where we can.
